Welcome to dvirtsimbler.com, the portfolio website of Dvir Tsimbler (“I”, “me”). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This is a personal portfolio presenting my design work, background and press coverage. Nothing is sold through the site and no payment is taken on it. The content is there to present my work and is not an offer or a contract.

2. Intellectual property

All designs, garments, sketches, collections, texts, logos and graphic elements on this site are my original work unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Photographs belong to the photographers credited with them and are shown with their permission. Press material belongs to the publications credited with it.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, reproduce, alter, sell or otherwise use any design, image or text from the site, including to train artificial intelligence models or to reproduce the designs, without my written permission. For press, educational or other requests, email Dvir@dvirtsimbler.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, in a way that harms the site or other people, or to try to gain unauthorised access to it, including through scraping, automated collection or attempts to break its security.

4. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as Instagram, LinkedIn and press articles. I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

5. No warranty

I do my best to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any damage that results from using the site or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

How I handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
